Return & Refund policy


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Seth Global BV, Korte Lijnbaanssteeg 1 Office 4471, Amsterdam, Netherlands,  support@mivo-official.com) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Before sending your parcel, please notify us at  support@mivo-official.com. This allows us to register your return, ensuring that our warehouse can locate your order and enabling us to process your reimbursement as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items can only be returned if the outer seal has not been broken. These items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants

  • Custom products such as special orders or personalized items

  • Personal care goods such as hygiene and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Consequences of Cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a manner not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
